Maintenance
- Plan & execute preventive maintenance and upkeep of all engineering services
- Monitor energy consumption and design methods for conservation and optimization of energy
- Maintain stores and supplies for Chiller (York Make) of 400 TR Capacity, close Circuit Television system, Firefighting, P.A. system, Diesel Generator
- Performance testing of MEP system and review of MEP system as per checklist
- MEP commissioning activity as per Design, BOQ & Tenders
- Provide technical training to MEP staff
- Prepare and analyze Engineering MIS reports
Coordination & Planning
- Co-ordinate with Project and Design team for upcoming building / cinemas and preparing proper handover reports
- Coordinate with External Technical Auditors and improving the System
