Summary

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the maintenance, security, and functionality of our facilities. You will ensure that our buildings are safe, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
• Oversee facility security measures and emergency procedures
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
• Supervise facility staff and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in facility management or a similar role
