Operations & Maintenance Management
- Manage and oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive, corrective, cyclical, and ad-hoc maintenance works.
- Ensure all M&E systems, building services, and facilities remain operational and compliant.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure service quality, safety compliance, and operational readiness.
- Monitor fault rectification, incident response, and service recovery within KPI timelines.
- Ensure proper execution of maintenance schedules and operational programmes.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary operational contact point for clients and Employer Representatives.
