Job Description

The Facilities Manager ensures the efficiency, safety and good working conditions of all facilities at an Eataly location. Reports to the Director of Store Operations and oversees Facilities and Support team members.

• Manages team members: hires, schedules, trains, motivates, submits payroll and disciplines as necessary
• Ensures efficiency and good working conditions of multiple 24‑hour facilities, including walk‑ins, refrigerator units, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning services and off‑site storage
• Maintains accurate records of the conditions of all facilities in the building and creates a schedule of regular housekeeping and cleanliness for the store
