Facilities Maintenance Technician – Building Systems & Energy

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Sepang, Malaysia. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems. Responsibilities also include conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, and supporting energy management.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience and is capable of following established procedures and work routines efficiently.
