About the Role
You’ll be the operational backbone of the Facilities Maintenance function , ensuring maintenance requests are handled promptly, contractors are coordinated, systems are updated, and quality standards are met. You’ll support the rollout of new FM systems, help manage asset plans, and make sure the right people get the right information at the right time. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, communication, and problem solving.

Start Date: ASAP for 6 months
Location: Auckland Central
Hours: Standard business hours – Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $35 per hour
