- Report to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager regarding site issues
- Attend to assigned Work Orders within the stipulated time as per SOP
- Coordinate closely with Minor Works/A&A project teams and maintenance operations teams
- Monitor and rectify any abnormalities on critical systems as per SOP
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- Daily updating of status of outstanding Work Orders
- Daily checking of system checklists
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
- Comply with uniform dress code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at all times
