Facilities Maintenance Planner Engineer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing a Maintenance Program, strategies, schedules and procedures necessary for the maintenance of equipment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop operational procedures, schedules and processes for an efficient Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Participate in meetings and subcommittees when requested.
• Monitor the Maintenance Program through the BSC to meet the objectives.
• Monitor the system TPM (Implementation and monitoring the results).
• Develop a training program for the Maintenance Department and support coordination of training activities of TPM to Production Departments.
• Provide feedback to maintenance supervisors about opportunities to improve in their assigned areas.
• Participate in equipment selection with other departments and asset management.
