Facilities, Maintenance and Janitorial Worker

Emerald Plastics Inc. is looking for a hands‑on Facilities, Maintenance and Janitorial Worker to keep our yard, building, washrooms and production areas clean, safe, and well‑maintained. This is a physically active, outdoor/indoor role supporting day‑to‑day operations in a plastics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior areas: sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum floors; wash walls, doors, windows and high‑touch surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and lunchroom; stock supplies; empty all garbage and recycling.
• Keep production and machine areas swept, wiped down and free of debris and trip hazards.
• Assist with basic cleaning and visual checks around water lines, compressors and equipment areas as directed.
• Maintain building exterior and entrances; keep loading and storage areas neat and organized.
