The role holder is responsible for conducting site inspections to ensure the performance standards and procedures of FM Services provider’s performance are in line with the FM contract scope of work. The role holder schedules inspections and generates work orders for deviations notices. Report generation for compliance status and reporting to the site manager in a timely manner is a key function of this role. The role also supports the FM team with civil and landscaping CAPEX projects scoping, tendering, project execution and snagging.
QualificationsExperience:
• At least 3-5 years of previous experience in the FM industry, monitoring contracts’ performance and building inspection, landscaping and civil works.
• 50% experience in landscaping (preparation of scope, managing projects, reviewing design, managing AMC, ensuring quality of services).
