Facilities Helpdesk & Fault Response Specialist

MPR INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a frontline technician to operate the Fault Reporting Centre (FRC). You will be the first point of contact for urgent user assistance and coordinate fault handling with maintenance contractors to restore services quickly.

You will receive fault reports via hotline and email, log them into the MMS, track repairs to meet KPI targets, and assist with events and logistics as required. Previous FM experience is preferred.
