Facilities Engineer

**Job Title**:**Facilities Engineer****Position Summary**This person is responsible for understanding the infrastructure necessary to maintain the building, equipment, product and personnel, with regard to HVAC, humidity control, fire/sprinklers, power, plumbing, and gas.They will be responsible for validating, maintaining, troubleshooting and first level repairs of these systems installed.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- Responsible for the installation of HVAC systems at the facility and their maintenance and use;- Responsible for HVAC site technical changes and communication with vendors;- Work site work coordination;- HVAC System Verification and Validation Program, (DQ, IQ, OQ) for installed and implemented equipment;- HVAC SOP document writing/training;**Education and/or Experience**- Engineering Education, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar certification in relative field (e.g. Facilities or Maintenance, Electrician, etc.)- 5 or more years of related experience...
