Facilities Engineer

We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to support our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation in Singapore. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and maintenance of facility operations within a GMP‑regulated environment, ensuring the site remains compliant, safe, and operationally ready at all times.

• Manage and maintain all facility systems and building infrastructure including cleanrooms, fire protection, security, pest control, gowning services, cGMP cleaning and sanitisation, and general building maintenance
• Partner with vendors and service providers to establish KPIs, conduct performance audits, and ensure all outsourced services are delivered to agreed SLA standards
• Own and manage facilities‑related Non‑Conformances (NCs) and CAPA actions, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and documentation in line with GMP requirements
