Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems HVAC electrical plumbing etc.
2. Conduct routine site inspections and audits to assess system functionality safety compliance governmental statutory and maintenance quality.
3. Carries out quality audits ISO 41001 to comply with company governmental quality and sustainability goals.
4. Oversee service providers and ensure work is carried out as per contract terms KPIs and safety standards.
5. Carried out safety audits NEBOSH IOSH OSHA to meet company employee and governmental safety compliance and statutory requirements.
6. Monitor performance of critical assets maintain equipment logs AMC records warranties and spare part inventories.
7. Support fit-outs renovations refurbishments development and infrastructure upgrade projects in coordination with consultants and vendors.
