Facilities Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Required skills /Abilities
Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
Five years of experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
Knowledge related to clean room.
Understand the Quality philosophy based on FDA requirements.
PMs management and repairing building, such: HVAC systems, compressed air system, utility systems, electrical, water and gas services, etc.
Coordinate and oversee contractor activities services.
Energy saving management.
Writes, develops, and implements documentation such: PMs routines, internal procedures, etc.
Supervises and leads technicians engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical equipment.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees in solving work problems.
Requisitions spare parts, tools, equipment, etc.
Provides technical training to management and other team members.
Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
