Facilities Engineer: Building Systems & Maintenance

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Property Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on various building and industrial systems. This role requires advanced skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems, ensuring safety and efficiency across the facilities.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with 1-2 years of relevant experience and be amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
