About The Role
As a CBRE Facilities Associate, you'll oversee team activities that coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area and supports Property Managers with all repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Point of contact for escalated communications between landlords, tenants and service providers, ensuring policies and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
- Allocate work orders and schedule repairs based on requests.
- Review data from work order reports and create performance and progress status reports for management.
- Review work orders, proposals, department files and other vendor documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Check rooms and furniture to identify repair or renovation needs.
- Repair minor malfunctions in office equipment.
