The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities in maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies and helpdesk. This role functions as a key support resource, managing service delivery and client satisfaction across assigned sites.
Client/Stakeholder Management
- Provide superior customer service to meet or exceed on-site client’s expectations
- Communicate and interact effectively at all levels, modulating communication accordingly
- Support delivery of KPI’s and SLA’s defined within the contract
Operations Management
- Hands‑on Facilities Support: Assist with day‑to‑day facilities tasks within the premises, such as space setup, logistics coordination and general office maintenance requests
