Responsibilities



  • Responsible of maintenance planning, execution and projects (operative and strategic) to ensure the right function of all the systems, equipment and facility that are responsibility of the Department.

  • Coordinate the FM team and external contractors, develop KPIs to achieve the best performance of the team.

  • Ensure the continuous improvement related to KPIs, energy, water, emissions, and refrigerants consumption. Ensure that the location complies with all legal and other requirements.

  • Assure:

    • Entire facility is in acceptable conditions: healthy, clean, visually comfortable, good conditions.

    • Systems to make everyone responsible of the facility care.

    • Right preventive maintenance in SAP in all the equipment responsible of Facilities department: Electrical, Mechanical, Vacuum, Compressed Air, Lighting, Lightning, Water, LPG gas, HVAC, gardening, build...
