Seeking a Facilities / Maintenance Coordinator based in Victoria to work on a 12-month contract (with a view to permanency for the right people). Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of property maintenance services across a health care facility in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day work order requisitions, take work order requests
- Work Order planning on BEIMS and financial updates on Procurement software
- Manage contractors undertaking maintenance in a large site
- Manage service queries and maintain effective communication with facilities managers and contractors
