Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, utilities operations, or manufacturing plant maintenance
• Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and utility systems
• Knowledgeable in PEZA regulations, facility compliance requirements, permit management, and coordination with government agencies (advantage)
• Familiar with HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other building systems infrastructure
• Well-versed in occupational safety and health standards, environmental regulations, and facility compliance requirements
