Facilities and Engineering Services Project Manager

The Facilities and Engineering Services Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned non-electric, enterprise-wide projects which include evaluation, design, construction, quality assurance and monitoring of completion status.

• Provides management and develop strategic directions to improve Design team processes and procedures
• Manages execution of planning, design, and evaluation of assigned Non-electric Projects enterprise-wide
• Leads in resource planning, cost estimation and cost control of outsourced design
• Manages design consultancy and other related technical services
• Leads in review, assessment, and validation of outsourced design
• Leads in the development of annual Design team goals and initiatives to fully support organization goals and policies
• Manages, controls, audits and maintains as-built plans and other relevant documents
