- Provide first-level administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information or direct concerns to the appropriate department.
- Receive and manage related incoming emails and other communications, and route them appropriately.
- Manage meeting room reservation, including scheduling and coordination of requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of meeting room reservations and usage.
- Process and monitor gate pass and work permit requests in compliance with building policies.
- Handle building access management, including access card requests and issuance.
- Oversee company ID issuance, including processing requests, preparation, distribution, and maintenance of accurate records.
