  • Provide first-level administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information or direct concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Receive and manage related incoming emails and other communications, and route them appropriately.
  • Manage meeting room reservation, including scheduling and coordination of requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of meeting room reservations and usage.
  • Process and monitor gate pass and work permit requests in compliance with building policies.
  • Handle building access management, including access card requests and issuance.
  • Oversee company ID issuance, including processing requests, preparation, distribution, and maintenance of accurate records.
