Purpose of the role:
This initiative is a key element in supporting leaders and employees to continue building a psychologically safe workplace. There is a strong commitment to equipping employees with the skills to intervene constructively and ensuring managers understand how to appropriately support their teams.
  
You will facilitate interactive workshops for leaders and frontline staff, designed to strengthen workplace culture, promote respectful behaviours, and build the confidence of employees to respond constructively in challenging situations.
  
Each session runs for 90 minutes with approximately 20 participants per session.
