We are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Freelance Facade Manager to oversee the external envelope package on a major new build hotel project in the heart of Liverpool.

The Role
As the Facade Manager, you will be the driving force behind the external envelope phase of this prestigious hotel development. Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Subcontractor Management: Driving the performance of specialist facade, glazing, and cladding subcontractors to ensure they meet program targets.
Quality Control (QA/QC): Ensuring all external works are installed to the highest standard, strict specifications, and current fire safety ...
