Facade Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinate façade works from design, procurement, fabrication, and installation through to project completion, ensuring alignment with project specifications and schedules.
• Review and coordinate technical documents, including shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and RFIs, while resolving design and site coordination issues with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site installation to ensure façade works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing, including façade mock-ups, water tightness, and performance tests, and oversee defect rectification and final handover.
• Track project progress by preparing progress reports, monitoring material deliveries, identifying potential delays, and coordinating corrective actions to maintain the construction schedule. ...
