Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated inIpswich. CBW is currently recruiting for a FabricEngineer, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experienceworkingwithin a healthcare environment . Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.

- Two days per week
- 08:00 - 17:00
- Up to £20 per hour (umbrella)

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Painting & Decorating
- General fabric repairs
- Furniture moves porterage
- Fixing Furniture
- Hanging Pictures & Shelves
- Maintain and update Log books
- Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing
