The Opportunity: Adecco is partnering with a well-established international retail sourcing organisation to identify an experienced Fabric Development Specialist. This role will be supporting end-to-end fabric initiatives across product categories. You will play a key role in driving fabric innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and working closely with suppliers to deliver consistent, high-quality developments aligned with business requirements.
The Job:
- Support the sourcing and development of fabrics across assigned categories, including innovation initiatives and new material exploration
- Partner closely with category teams on cost optimisation projects, including fabric benchmarking and price tracking
