Cooper Standard is looking for a professional to ensure smooth production processes in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
Responsibilities include process verification, troubleshooting new projects, and optimizing production lines related to EPDM/TPV sealing strip extrusion.The ideal candidate will work closely with system engineers and manage the daily operations of the production line while also supervising and training direct workers.
This on-site position involves extended working hours as needed.
