Extruder Operator

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production schedules and work orders.

Prepare raw materials and ensure the correct resin, additives, and colorants are used based on product specifications.

Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, screw speed, and film thickness to maintain consistent product quality.

Perform machine start-up, changeovers, and shutdown procedures safely and efficiently.

Inspect finished products regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards, dimensions, and customer requirements.
