Primary Purpose

Responsible for the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the Volvo Group Australia’s Ecom, Ship Direct and related programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance – Price, Product, and documentation of Volvo Groups proprietary ECom platform.
• Apply parts product knowledge to correctly identify parts and alternatives where appropriate
• Liaising with Product Managers / Customers / Vendors / Service Market PDC Sydney
