About the Role:

As a CBRE Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee a team responsible for multiple construction projects for small to medium-sized clients.

This job is part of the Construction Management function. They are responsible for ensuring all deliverables of construction projects are completed on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross‑train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction. Ensure the work is in general accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
