Main Job Purpose

The Exports Customer Experience Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring stable export operations and maintaining high service levels for both PC and B&W business units. This role oversees export customer service concerns, ensures 100% OTIF delivery of export innovations, and manages export demand planning.

• Oversee the achievement of Exports Customer Service KPIs (ICDOT).
• Manage a team of Export Customer Service Executives responsible for supportability planning and innovations in Export markets.
