Global logistics company are seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Export Operators to join the Manchester team.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end ocean export shipments , ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Ocean Exports Operator and you will be located at the Manchester office. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while managing the end-to-end ocean export process.
To be successful you will have handled shipments, quotations, customs processes, and invoicing while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The role also requires flexibility to support multimodal activities and assist the supervisor during periods of absence or holiday.
