Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an air freight export team of approximately 17 to 20 employees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations across sales, finance, commercial, and operational matters.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues.
- Train, develop, and lead the team to support departmental growth and business expansion.
- Ensure effective use and compliance with the CargoWise One system.
- Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, corrective action reports, and 8D reports.
- Oversee invoicing, billing, and payment processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
