Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct stock received and purchase orders for multi inter company
• Ensure all shortages, expired stock indicated on invoice and clearly marked
• Ensure trucks loaded in time
• Ensure stock loaded and accounted for according to invoice
• Ensure all invoices are scanned to relevant intercompany after load, Namibia and Botswana
• Sort queries with short or overloads
• Ensure permits are in order where required
