Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of Employee Central with best practices
• Create and manage payroll schemas, PCRs, and Wage Types
• Supervise time management, including Time Off and Time Tracking
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation in a unionized context
• Guide data migration and ETL processes
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
