Job Description:

The End User Services and Asset Management Specialist is responsible for managing various tasks related to the End User experience spanning the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The role will require close interaction with GSC and Field services employees to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Asset management responsibilities include both hardware and software license asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee onboarding: Coordinate tasks between several groups to ensure delivery of equipment to users in a timely manner
• Employee offboarding: Coordinate account deprovisioning, and hardware returns in a timely manner to ensure data security and hardware accountability.
