Expert, Information Architecture is responsible for ensuring, via models, standards, technologies, and processes, that information is handled as a strategic business. The role is for a driven information architect to help build the next generation cloud and web native applications for CN’s new customer facing portals. The new portal aims to service both existing and new customers and use‑cases and will help bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern applications and flows.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand CN’s customer systems requirements and business processes and translate them into information architecture models.
- Develop, deliver, maintain, communicate, and govern information architecture strategy, standards, guidelines, diagrams, and models.
