Job Purpose
Support governance of project portfolios, assuring alignment with Dubai/RTA strategies, ensuring projects are executed with high quality from start to finish. Offer strategic advice, monitor performance, and coordinate with partners to maintain compliant, efficient, and results-driven delivery. Lead excellence and performance initiatives for the CEO Office. Coordinate directives, programs, committees, data/AI workstreams, and resilience. Deliver evidence-based insights, benchmarking, and process improvements aligned with RTA priorities.
