Key Responsibilities

Sales Collateral Development

• Create customer-specific presentations, brochures, and proposal materials.
• Adapt and enhance standardized templates using available collateral and customer insights.
• Support BD teams in preparing professional and compelling client-facing materials.

Bid Coordination & Documentation

• Provide end-to-end support in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
• Consolidate bid inputs from cross‑functional teams and ensure documentation completeness and compliance.
• Maintain version control and support timely submission of all bid‑related documents.

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Update and maintain the CRM pipeline (e.g., Salesforce / S360).
• Ensure accuracy of opportunity data, milestones, customer information, and BD activity records.
