Experienced Shop Technician Role

As a seasoned technician, you will ensure compliance with safety procedures, assist in mentoring new team members, and conduct repairs on complex mobile mining equipment. Your mechanical and electrical skills will be vital in maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute repairs and isolate problems on equipment
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Coach peers and apprentices on technical tasks
• Conduct inspections and reporting on equipment
• Suggest improvements based on hands-on experiences
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Red Seal Certification in Heavy-Duty Mechanics or Truck and Coach
• Minimum five years of field experience
