• Conduct market mapping and proactive outreach to passive candidates to build strong and sustainable talent pipelines.
• Screen and evaluate candidates against job requirements, assessing skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Present and submit qualified candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
