Experienced Security Guard for Charger Logistics

Charger Logistics is hiring an Experienced Security Guard for our Brampton, ON location. Leverage your security expertise to create a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates will possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License and a minimum of two years of security experience. You will be responsible for monitoring areas, conducting surveillance, and maintaining safety protocols during your shifts. Weekend and night shifts are critical to this role, ensuring safety during all hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol assigned areas and monitor security systems
• Document and report observations accurately
• Provide security while enforcing the Trespass to Property Act
• Communicate effectively to de-escalate situations
• Conduct bag checks and assist law enforcement as needed
