Right at Home is hiring an experienced RPN to provide 1:1 client care in Markham and Scarborough, Ontario. Your expertise will support clients needing personalized medical assistance.
We’re looking for a dedicated RPN with a strong background in nursing to join our exceptional team. This role involves administering medications, managing IV therapies, and providing comprehensive wound care. Your commitment to quality nursing care will profoundly impact our clients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform safe medication administration and injections
• Manage enteral feeding and airway devices
• Conduct wound care and monitor patient changes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow protocols
• Educate patients and caregivers on care needs
Requirements:
• Nursing license registered with CNO
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Recent 2-step TB test done
• VSS/Criminal Record Check mandatory
• Local candidates in Canada only
