Experienced Project Accountant Needed

Take the next step in your career as a Project Accountant in either Edmonton or Calgary. This full-time position emphasizes accounts payable and receivable management tailored for project environments.
You will work under the Controller to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, encompassing everything from client billings to compliance checks. With your strong A/P and A/R skills, you will help support the accounting team and manage deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete all client billing requirements
• Prepare and review statutory declarations and month-end reports
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Review coding and process expense claims
• Communicate effectively with project personnel regarding accounts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting
• 3-5 years of related experience in high-volume accounting
