Experienced Product Owner (Colombia)

At Tenant Evaluation, we’re building AI‑driven platforms for the property management industry.

We’re looking for an Experienced Product Owner who blends strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands‑on AI experience with the discipline of clear process and business value creation. This is not a coordination role.

We need someone self‑managed, business‑oriented, and confident leading initiatives that generate ROI, improve KPIs, and accelerate execution, who has actually shipped AI‑powered features, not just studied them.

What You’ll Do

• Clarify business goals, pain points, constraints, and success metrics
• Map and align stakeholders, internal teams, end users, and clients
• Run discovery sessions: interviews, workshops, and shadowing sessions
• Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic flows
