For our client, a renowned real estate group, we are looking for an experienced PPE manager.YOUR MISSIONManage the financial, technical, and legal aspects of a portfolio of condominiums (PPE) as well as the decisions of general assemblies autonomously, with the support of an assistant.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare annual budgets- Conduct regular building visits- Identify maintenance needs and request quotes, negotiate with companies, and monitor work- Manage claims in coordination with insurance companies and experts- Lead general assemblies and ensure the follow-up of decisions- Process requests and conflicts between co-ownersYOUR PROFILE- Successful experience in condominium management in Switzerland- Very good expertise in building technology and condominium law- Proficiency in MS Office- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ease in conducting general assemblies- Autonomous, rigorous, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneouslySTART DATE: To be agreedDo you w...
