Key Responsibilities:
• Operate computerized building automated systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and other equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair issues in emergency situations
• Control temperature, pressure, and chemical treatment systems
• Lead and train staff in maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Valid 3rd Class Power Engineer certificate recognized in BC
• Four years of recent related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
