Your responsibilities will include operating hoists safely and diagnosing problems using technical manuals and diagnostic tools. You will perform hands-on maintenance on an array of heavy machinery while mentoring less experienced staff. Ideal candidates will possess not only mechanical prowess but also the capability to recommend positive changes for improved operations. You should be physically fit, as heavy lifting is required daily.
